Three Exemplary Levels of Service
Reserve Studies evaluate the many components of your common area property – mechanical, structural, electrical, plumbing, and other essential systems – and forecast their repair and replacement costs out over 30 years. We prepare custom reserve study reports – required by law in many states – for condominiums, homeowners associations, town homes, co-operatives, community development districts, and commercial property.
We offer the following levels of reserve study services. Have a question about what level of service is best for you? Call us 800 543-8670. We’re happy to help!

Typically, Reserve Studies have a three-year cycle. In year one, you begin with a new Reserve Study from scratch (Level 1) or a Reserve Study that leverages your previous component measurements (Level 2). Then in years two and three you do a financial review and reserve study update (Level 3). The year you decide to complete the inspection is up to you.
